SNCF publicly: Being a single organization is our strength, how dare you suggest dividing rail transport in France.
SNCF privately: In addition to all the separate companies they have, also has separate TGV divisions organized by Paris terminus, each with its own HR, security and marketing directorates, apparently?
Also, this is not what I expected to find after the words "La production TGV"
